 Elevated States is the outreach and advocacy arm of the American Council of Cannabis Medicine (ACCM), dedicated to bringing the mission of ACCM directly into communities across the country. Serving as the bridge between the medical cannabis industry and the people it serves, Elevated States engages consumers, community organizations, physicians, healthcare systems, insurers, advocacy partners, and public officials to build understanding, trust, and action around medical cannabis. Our goal is to advance awareness, expand access, and empower informed participation in medically guided cannabis care. 

Rooted in ACCM’s commitment to safety, professionalism, and science-driven progress, Elevated States plays a vital role in elevating public discourse and driving momentum for federal and state-level policy change. We lead educational campaigns, organize grassroots engagement, and work to ensure that patients, healthcare providers, and communities have the tools they need to advocate for greater access and acceptance of medical cannabis therapies. Through these efforts, we promote the responsible use of medical cannabis, supported by ongoing research and informed policy.
